Rail, Road, Air and Water transportation systems are in disastrous shambles. They constitute a major obstacle to our national development. Costly, unavailable, mismanaged and based on obsolete technology, the transportation system of this country needs an organized programme of action to meet the yearning and yawning needs in the economic, political and social sub-systems of the nation if the country must advance in this competitive world. The NCP shall provide cheap or affordable Rail, Road, Air and Water transportation systems.
